Our courses focus on leadership, personal development and the development of professional skills and quality of life for individuals, teams and organisations. Our target group is individuals, companies and the public sector.<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li>In 2006, Skandinaviska Ledarh\u00f6gskolan was reorganised into a limited company, but with the same vision and founder.<\/li><li>In 2012, the company changed ownership from Lars-Eric Unest\u00e5hl to Elene Unest\u00e5l.<\/li><li>In 2019, the company changed its name to Unest\u00e5l Education AB (same organisation number).<\/li><li>Our head office is located in \u00d6rebro, but we hold training courses all over the world where our customers are located.<\/li><li>We have training centres in Thailand and Costa Rica where we hold a number of courses in personal development, coaching, communication, stress management, mental training and leadership.<\/li><li>We have a network of consultants, coaches and mental trainers who enable us to offer comprehensive solutions to companies that place high demands on delivery capacity in all situations.<\/li><li>We have our own database of personnel with different skills, allowing us to select the right person for the right assignment.<br \/>All our work is characterised by our concern for our customers. Our quality work focuses on a combination of consideration, security, sustainability, health and profitability.<\/li><li>Our priority is sound knowledge, simplicity in administration and customer satisfaction. This provides added value for our customers and for the company.<\/li><li>Our quality policy states:\u2028\u201dWe treat our customers with wholehearted commitment, focus and professionalism. Our focus enables us to add value \u2013 first through reliable quality assurance within the company, and then by delivering quality in our training programmes.
